La polizia penitenziaria del Nucleo Investigativo Regionale della Toscana con la collaborazione dei Reparti territoriali di Prato e Firenze Sollicciano, in coordinamento con la sede centrale del N.I.C., al termine di una complessa e articolata attività investigativa ha dato esecuzione all’ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere, emessa dal GIP presso il Tribunale di Firenze, dr. Piergiorgio PONTICELLI, nei confronti di quattro soggetti, di cui 3 già detenuti per altra causa, per avere in concorso tra loro, introdotto e spacciato sostanza stupefacente all’interno della Casa Circondariale di Firenze Mario Gozzini.
Le indagini, dirette dal Sost. Procuratore della Repubblica fiorentina, dr Gianni TEI, e condotte dalla stessa Polizia penitenziaria, hanno permesso non solo di ricostruire il metodo con cui tali sostanze stupefacenti venivano introdotte ma hanno anche condotto all’arresto, in flagranza di reato, della madre di un detenuto che, in occasione del colloquio visivo, tentava di introdurre della sostanza stupefacente, abilmente occultata negli slip, unitamente suo compagno che ne curava l’approvvigionamento.
